At Dylan Oaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your items back in the original Dylan Oaks presentation box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
